Item Shipping – Our cutters are made to order and are then shipped within our current processing times. Please check the current processing times on the main header of the website and your email confirmation as this may change due to a high volume of orders. For all Canadian and US orders, standard mail and expedited options are available. Local orders can also opt to pick up at no charge.

Delivery Times – The EECCC uses Canada Post to ship all of your orders. Please see their Shipping Policy for more information. Priority shipping does not speed up processing times. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


The EECCC will not be held responsible for lost goods due to an incorrect shipping address. If your package does not show up or arrives damaged, please contact us at
