Terms & Policies

  • The Emerald Edge stands behind the quality of our cutters and providing superior customer service. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your cutters as we want our customers to be 100% satisfied - info@emeraldedge.ca
  • All cookie cutters are made to order therefore cancellations/refunds will not be accepted after 24 hours
  • All cancelled orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee to cover transaction card fees 
  • Due to the nature of this product we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges/ Orders are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
  • If items are delivered damaged please notify us ASAP with a picture so we can replace your cutter.
  • Cutters damaged due to improper care such as, heat damage, improper storing, put in the dishwasher, etc. (hand wash only with cool water and air dry, please see Cookie Cutter Care) will not be replaced.
  • Please check all processing times prior to placing an order, cancellations based on a processing time will not be accepted.
  • Please check all cutters sizes and sizing information prior to ordering as we do not allow any exchanges or returns. If you ordered the wrong size it will not be replaced for free. If you have any questions in regards to sizes please contact us at info@emeraldedge.ca
